Culture and wellbeing

Cooperation and team spirit are key words for the way we work together

Good working relationships are key at Sjælsø Management. The fact that our employees have been working here for many years clearly demonstrates that. We show our colleagues respect and empathy, and we take great pride in offering a workplace where employees can thrive and be their true self.

We continuously invest in the wellbeing of our employees

Happy and healthy employees are the foundation for a well-functioning workplace and are one of the most important forms of value creation we can think of. Among other things, we offer a range of sports activities all year round as well as running clothes for everyone. We also offer our employees a health check every other year, and we invite them on annual excursions both in Denmark and abroad. We meet in more festive settings for the annual summer and Christmas parties.

We like to think that the above are some of the reasons that clients are met by happy and positive employees at Sjælsø Management – employees who take pride in their professionalism and enjoy what they do. This shines through in the work we carry out for you as a client or business partner. Ongoing development is an important part of Sjælsø Management, and we have a strong focus on strengthening the competencies of our employees within their respective areas of expertise and ensuring that they have the most recent knowledge within their field.

When we welcome new employees

We take our time to show them around the company and introduce them to all departments. We do that because we are convinced that helping each other from the beginning is the best starting point for positive and engaged employees.

It is difficult to let go of employees in Sjælsø Management

That is also why we have drawn up a special senior scheme for colleagues who have turned 60. We would like to draw on their knowledge and competencies for as long as possible. The scheme, in its simplicity, makes it possible for employees to work less as they get older.
